I loved the stunning river view from my Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. The place is super clean and well-equipped, and the staff gave awesome local tips. The bed was really comfy, and the shower had great pressure. It's right in the heart of the old town!

The Deluxe Double Room exuded spaciousness and comfort with three large windows offering amazing river views. Natural light flooded the room beautifully, enhancing the overall vibe during my stay.

Be warned, there’s no elevator in the building, so hauling luggage up four flights of steep stairs could be a real workout, especially after a long day. To top it off, the pillows weren’t exactly ideal. one set was too soft while the other was way too firm and high, which made for some not-so-great sleep during my three-night stay.

The spacious apartment was beautifully decorated and perfectly located near the river. I loved the musicians on the bridge! The staff organized a small laundry for me, which was a plus. Just be ready for some stairs since there’s no elevator.

Navigating multiple flights of stairs without an elevator took away from the overall experience!!! Limited kitchen facilities left much to be desired for cooking!!! Confusion with room types during check-in created unnecessary hassle!!!

I loved the fantastic location right in the heart of the old town—just a stroll from all major attractions, and we could actually see the castle and the river from our apartment! The space was comfortable and well-equipped, really making our stay enjoyable. However, be prepared for steep stairs since there's no elevator, which can be a bit of a workout, especially with luggage.

The room was super clean, with a relaxing balcony view. Perfect for couples wanting some quality time! It truly felt like home.

i really enjoyed my stay at kollmann rooms and apartments. the location was perfect, right along the river and everything was just a short walk away. the studio was clean and comfortable, definitely exceeding my expectations during this family holiday.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room for 3 nights and it was spacious, super comfy, and very clean. The three big windows gave amazing views of the river and let in a lot of natural light, which made the whole vibe really nice. Plus, I had all the amenities I needed. One thing to mention though, the absence of an elevator could be a pain with heavy luggage. But honestly, the stay was really enjoyable!
